Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On February 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a false accusation, etc. in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 24, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. around June 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.07g of psychotropic drugs from B, Metrophos (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) received psychotropic drugs from B without compensation; and (c) administered mepopon in a way that B may have the mecopon dilution well-dilution; and (d) took them into account by hand to B so that the meopopon may be dilution well-dilution; and (c) performed so that the meopon may be injected into the Defendant’s mecopher.

C. On July 25, 2019, around the new wall, the Defendant received, from B, a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.07 g of philopon from B, and administered, in a manner that, around July 25, 2019, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant, such as the foregoing paragraph (b), was administered in a way that the Defendant, in hand, had B injection with the injection of the injection device to the Defendant’s satisecule in order to have the satopon dilution saton saton sat
