부당이득금
1. The Defendant’s KRW 90 million with respect to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from February 10, 2016 to May 17, 2016, and the following.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable Act;
3. Under the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) with respect to partial dismissal, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
