Reasons
1. According to the evidence submitted by the prosecutor on the grounds of appeal (misunderstanding of facts), the court below found the defendant not guilty of the facts charged of this case, which erred in the misapprehension of facts.
2. Examining the lower court’s reasoning closely with the record of the instant case, the lower court’s determination is sufficiently acceptable, and the prosecutor’s assertion of mistake is without merit.
