A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Punishment of the crime
1. No foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act shall sojourn in the Republic of Korea after he/she is off of the status and period of sojourn;
On July 13, 2010, the Defendant, as Uzbekistan, entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport and worked in D, etc. in Daegu-gu C, Daegu-gu, and stayed from Daegu-si, Busan-si, etc. until August 10, 2017 without departing from the Republic of Korea on May 20, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant exceeded the scope of the period of stay, and stayed in Korea.
2. On May 2017, the Defendant violated the Motor Vehicle Management Act: (a) from the Hanhae-si, Hanhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the front registration number plate of the EMW passenger car owned by the Defendant from the Busan Police Station, the Defendant kept in custody the front registration number plate of the EMW passenger car owned by the Defendant in arrears with the vehicle-related fruits; (b) made the F in the shape of a number plate by using a tree strings, making it possible for the Defendant to put the number plate into a white paint and a number plate on the two iron plates in the shape of the number plate; and (c) attached the number plate in the shape of the car from that time to that time by placing the number plate in a test color.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, forged an automobile registration number plate, which is an air straw, exercised forged air units, and used forged automobile registration number plate at the same time.
3. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes ( also on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes), Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures Taken after Accidents), Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving), and the Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving of BMW automobiles. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant driving the said BMW car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20:56 and driving it on the two-lanes in front of the yellow Do of the salary class teachers distance in front of the yellow Do in the outside of the city of Kimhae-si, and driving it on the two-lanes of the library distance from the normal distance.
