If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and violation of the Road Traffic Act, B seems to be a clerical error.
It is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle in the test.
On May 5, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant sent a two-lane front of the Gain apartment zone in the Donsan-si Winterdong from the riverside to the one-lane off from the riverside, and changed the two-lane to the two-lane.

No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.
Nevertheless, at around 00:15 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant, while not purchasing mandatory insurance, driven the said vehicle at approximately 5 km from Samsung C&T, which was located in the Hasan-si, Hasan-si, Hasan-si.
