Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaged in livestock product processing business with the trade name of “B”.
A person who intends to operate a livestock product processing business shall obtain permission from the competent authority. However, from June 2009 to September 12, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, installed a 12mm2 on the second floor of the building located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and sold a mam slick, which is a by-products of meat, by multiplying the Gam slick, by the average of approximately 320,000 won per day in D, which is a trader.
