1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally select the Plaintiff (designated parties) in KRW 44,638,00 and the attached list of the designated parties.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, "the delivery date of a copy of the complaint" shall be corrected to "the last service date of the complaint against the defendant";

(a) Defendant B and C: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
