Purport of claim and appeal

A. On October 6, 2005, the Defendant acquired the ownership of the building of the Heung-gu Saeung-gu Saero (hereinafter “instant building”) through a voluntary auction procedure in order to inviteju-si by solicitation of R (former L, Life Ma). C was a juristic person established on November 2, 2005 for the purpose of wedding business, and the said R actually operated it.

B. On November 23, 2007, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with C and the instant building with a deposit of KRW 2 billion, term of lease until October 21, 201. On September 3, 2011, the Defendant again entered into a lease agreement with C and the term of lease by September 2, 2013.

C In the name of “Dweves” in the instant building leased, C was engaged in the instant wedding-related business (hereinafter “instant wedding-related business”), such as wedding and events (hereinafter “instant wedding-related business”), and the instant event-related business (hereinafter “instant event business,” and the said two businesses together referred to as “instant business”).

C. On June 22, 2012, the Plaintiff and C entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with respect to approximately 83 square meters (hereinafter “instant store”) with the center of the third floor of the instant building, which was in charge of the business related to wabing, beauty art, and Meaking (hereinafter “instant business”). The main contents of the agreement are as follows.

1. Lease deposit: 250 million won: 10 million won shall be paid at the time of a contract. 2) The intermediate payment shall be paid on the 190 million won (6/26, 7/18, 7/30, 8/1) day;
