The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, it is justifiable for the lower court to maintain the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants on the grounds that there was no proof of crime regarding the violation of the law of defense among the facts charged against the Defendants.

In contrast to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the meaning of “solicitation or solicitation” under Article 111(1) of the Defense Justice Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
