1. At around 03:00 on May 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported the network around C in the “AJa” water surface room located under the second floor of the AI building of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) the Defendant had one cell phone owned by the said victim, where he was placed in the head of AK of the said victim, and one cell phone owned by the said victim.
On May 1, 2016, at around 03:09, the Defendant stolen the cell phone of the victim AK and the victim AL and attempted to get out of it.
During that period, the victim AM (M, 58 years of age) who is an employee, steals a mobile phone from the customer, the defendant.
