1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff as to KRW 618,815,550 and KRW 492,682,086 among them, from April 14, 2014.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the claim against C is confirmed as a payment order, "creditor" as "Plaintiff," and "debtor" as "defendant," respectively.

(a) Claim against Defendant A: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
