1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,246,575 and KRW 50,000,000 among them, from April 8, 2019 to July 17, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s legal interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
