With knowledge of the fact that the victim C(the age of 27) suffering from chronic falchissis (mental grade 3), the Defendant: (a) purchased three instances from E located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) stored in the defendant’s house located in the Seoul Gangnam-gu F and the first floor. At around 17:00 on the same day, the victim died from the total skin 98% of the falchis purchased and installed by the defendant at around 17:0 of the same day by falchising and in falchising the fire into his body; and (c) died from falchis and inhaled images to the entire skin 98% of the falchisium, around April 20, 2011.

Accordingly, the Defendant knowingly assisted the victim to commit suicide in such a way as above.

On February 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 16:40 on February 20, 2012, while drinking alcohol together with the victim I (Inn, 69 years of age) in a H restaurant located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, the Defendant: (b) laid the victim with the test of the face that requires treatment for about 14 days on the face of the victim by putting the victim into the test.
