No one shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly display any obscene codes, letters, sound, image, or motion picture through an information and communications network.
"2019 Highest 1271"
1. On February 13, 2019, the Defendant posted a video file with the Defendant’s house of Heungdong-gu Heakdong-gu B apartment C having a sexual intercourse with a male and female sexual intercourse by accessing the Internet video sharing site (hereinafter “D’s web site”) on the adult copier bulletin board of “D” which is an Internet video sharing site (hereinafter “D’s web site”) so that many unspecified people accessing the place can get downloaded when paying a certain point only.
Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

2. In 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “I”), the Defendant, at the dwelling of the Defendant in Heung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, B apartment, posted a video file with male and female sexual intercourse by accessing “H” on the bulletin board of “G”, which is an Internet video sharing site, so that many unspecified people visiting the place can receive a certain point only if they pay a certain point.
Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

3. At around 18:08 on January 2, 2019, the Defendant’s web site J distributed obscene videos on a total of 27 occasions from that time to March 30, 2019, including: (a) access to the web site “E” account with the Defendant’s computer, and then sexual intercourse with the Defendant’s web site “E”, “E” with the Defendant’s web site “E” with a obscenity, which is a obscene material in which both men and women have sexual intercourse with each other by exposing her sexual organ at the bed; and (b) marketing of obscene videos on a total of 27 occasions from that time, as shown in attached Table 1, by March 30, 2019.
4. On January 22, 2019, the Defendant related to web hard site L is the place indicated in the preceding paragraph at around 19:22.
