The defendant will pay KRW 55,00,000 to the plaintiff simultaneously with the delivery of real estate stated in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Since the Plaintiff claimed a lease deposit without delivering the real estate indicated in the attachment to the Defendant, the judgment of simultaneous performance should be rendered.
