A. On April 23, 2008, New Savings Bank (hereinafter “New Savings Bank”) extended operating funds to the Defendant on April 23, 2008 (hereinafter “New Savings Bank”) with the principal and interest of KRW 796,268,525 as of August 21, 2014 (i.e., principal and interest of KRW 292,92,922,307) (i.e., principal and interest of KRW 339,942,425,23,02, 163,023,020).

B. The New Savings Bank transferred the above principal and interest of loan to the Maritime Partners Co., Ltd. and SS., the Maritime Partners Co., Ltd. and SSS. Co., Ltd., the Kao Assets Management Loan Co., Ltd., and the Kao Assets Management Loan Co., Ltd. to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant of the fact of transferring the assignment.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum from October 9, 2014 to the day of full payment, as to the principal and interest of KRW 796,268,525, and the principal of KRW 292,922,307.
