1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as the entry in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is citing it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant Eul's counterclaim are accepted within the scope of each above recognition, and the plaintiff's principal lawsuit against the defendant Eul and the remainder of the principal lawsuit against the defendant Eul, and the remainder of the counterclaim against the plaintiff Eul are dismissed as they are without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is consistent with this conclusion, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendant Eul are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
