1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 50,215,710 and KRW 43,248,45 among them, from June 29, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages in the purport of the claim was corrected as stated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
