1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons

This court issued an order to revise the deficient stamp within five days or seven days from the date of receipt of the order to revise the Plaintiff on September 17, 2018 and April 5, 2019 on two occasions. However, since the Plaintiff received the above order of correction and did not correct it up to the present day, the Plaintiff shall issue an order to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Article 254(2) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act. However, since the Defendant was served with the duplicate of the complaint and the lawsuit continues to exist, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
