1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 6% per annum from August 8, 2015 to August 31, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. To recognize only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 in accordance with the amendment of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree).
