The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. 이 사건 공소사실의 요지 피고인은 2020. 3. 6. 00:20경 인천 미추홀구 B에 있는 ‘C주점’ 내에서 술값 지불을 요구하는 피해자 D(59세)에게 아무런 이유 없이 "썅년아"라고 욕설을 하며 오른손바닥으로 피해자의 뺨을 한 대 때려 폭행을 가하였다.

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to have the defendant punished.
