2. The litigation costs are assessed against C who is represented by the plaintiff.

A. On June 29, 1995, the Plaintiff is an organization whose members are 502 bereaved families who died due to the collapse of the building A(A) Dong, and whose purpose is to promote friendship among bereaved families, to implement scholarship projects for the payment of scholarships to bereaved families, and to supervise the management of memorial towers and memorial events.

Article 1 (Name) The name of the plenary session shall be Ad Family Council.

(1) In principle, the Association shall promote the friendship of the bereaved family members of AE and (2) implement scholarship programs for the grant of scholarships to the bereaved family members.

3) In order to achieve the purpose of the meeting, the NIS shall carry out the following functions:

1) 2) Guarantee of the rights and interests of the bereaved family members: 3) Promotion of scholarship programs for all children of the bereaved family members; 4) Management of other programs to achieve the objectives of the plenary session; 5 (Members) Qualifications of the principal member shall be the bereaved family members of the deceased.

Article 6 (Rights and Interests of Members) A member of the plenary session shall have the right to vote and to be elected.

1) The officer shall be elected at the general meeting of twenty members with a strong spirit of service for the efficient operation of the plenary session. 2) The officer shall be elected with the consent of a majority of the operating committee members, and the result thereof shall be reported in writing to the members.

(Provided, however, the duties of the operating committee shall be terminated after the election of officers). An officer under section 8 (Executive Officers) shall consist of one chairperson, five advisers, three vice-chairpersons, two other members, three general members, three auditors, and two auditors.

Article 9 (Term of Office) The term of office of the Chairperson of the plenary session shall be two years, and the term of office of executive officers shall be one year, but the able executive officers may be reappointed by the Chairperson if there is no defect.

Article 12 (General Meeting) The general meeting of the plenary session shall be determined once a year.

Article 13 (Resolution) Any resolution by the affirmative vote of a majority of present members in the plenary session.

(Enforcement) This Rule shall enter into force after the appointment of a representative from the inaugural General Meeting ( June 21, 1999).

Article 16 (Amendment) These Regulations of the Association shall meet of the board of directors.
