The Defendant, as a measure of withdrawal of the “Singing”, prepared in advance the “Sing passbook” under the name “H”, “I”, “H”, and “I”, at the place where “H” or “I” takes an instruction, using another person’s passbook, etc., leading a large number of unspecified victims to enter the victim’s account in a false public institution’s account by misrepresenting the phone number, password, and security card number, etc., using the victim’s financial information identified as such, and transferred money to the “Sing passbook” without authority by entering the victim’s account without authority, and the Defendant, as a means of “Sing”, collected money by means of a “Singing” method to immediately withdraw the said money.

The Defendant, in collusion with the above “H” and “I” on May 20, 2014, falsely told the VictimCC to the Busan District Public Prosecutor’s Office’s inspection by leaving the phone, and misrepresenting the victim to the inspection of the Busan Public Prosecutor’s Office, and caused the victim to have access to the victim’s website by false public institution. After having access to the victim’s single bank, corporate bank, Nonghyup, and Korea Bank’s respective accounts, to enter the security cards and the password of authorized certificates, and to enter the victim’s account and the password without authority, from 14:40 to 14:40 to 14:40 to 17:21 on the same day, the Defendant entered the victim’s account and the password into the victim’s account in the future deposit account (number : CF) in the victim’s bank account (number 9.40,000 won) and entered the victim’s account in the victim’s future from 17:21 to 17:21 on the same day.
