1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 47,714,257 and KRW 40,829,353 among them, per annum from September 21, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 27.9% per annum from September 21, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the Defendant is so ordered as per Disposition, since it is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 47,714,257 and KRW 40,829,353 among them.
