1. The Defendants’ respective Plaintiff KRW 108,595,200 per annum from September 23, 2012 to November 26, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the sentencing pursuant to the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the same Act shall be 15/100;
