1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract as of January 12, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(However, at the third date of pleading, the plaintiff corrected the date when the reason for termination of the entrusted management contract was the same as the order. 2. Judgment by service of public notice: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act
