1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 431,20,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 4, 2015 to the date of full payment.

According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 4, 2015 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff received a contract from the Defendant for construction works of the 1,078,000 won of the 1,078,000 Won for the 2nd auxiliary boiler (including value-added tax) and completed the construction works around August 19, 2015.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
