On May 30, 2014, around 21:55, the Defendant driven a Cmono vehicle in the state of under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 3 km from the 0.098% of alcohol concentration to the front road of the Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si.
