When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Around 07:58 on May 25, 2020, the Defendant was driving a rocketing car without a driver’s license from around approximately 17 KK to the front road of the member B of the Gyeonggi-gu Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, to the front side of the road in Incheon-dong C.

2. Around 07:58 on May 25, 2020, the Defendant was driving the said car and tried to change the course to three-lanes of the said road while driving the four-lane road in front of Incheon Southern-gu, Incheon, along the four-lane road.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to inform the direction direction etc. in advance, to take into account the traffic situation of the front side and the left side, and to change lanes while maintaining a safe distance.

Nevertheless, while the Defendant neglected this and attempted to change course rapidly, the Defendant was able to avoid conjection with the vehicle on the front line of the Defendant’s vehicle. Accordingly, the victim E (E, South and 71 years old) who was on duty along the third line of the said road was able to see the part of the Defendant’s vehicle behind the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the said cab, and then, the said Gasch Rex-si, who was on duty at the rear side of the said cab, was able to see the rear part of the said cab.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence above, sustained injury from the victim E and the victim H (the 30-year-old passenger) who is the passenger of the said taxi, who was unable to know the treatment days, and at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping the said taxi to take necessary measures to prevent danger and ensure smooth communication on the road, even though the said taxi was damaged by the repair cost of KRW 6,226,014.
