Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person liable to call social work personnel service.
Where a person liable for military service moves his/her place of residence, he/she shall file a relocation report pursuant to Article 16 of the Resident Registration Act within 14 days.
Nevertheless, the defendant did not move to the head of the Dong where the residence was located within 14 days without justifiable grounds, even though he moved from the 3th floor of Busan Island to Busan Shipping Daegu C around March 2020.
