A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who has been in charge of the general affairs of the Class B Council from January 2, 2017 to November 2017.
1. On November 10, 2017, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) using the official seal of the clan-friendly meeting held by the said clan Kimcheon-si Forest without having established an extraordinary meeting of the clan-friendly meeting; (b) with the official seal of the clan Kimcheon-si Forest and C, the Defendant intended to forge documents as if the resolution of the general meeting was adopted; and (c) using the computer network program, “date: 18:00 on November 10, 2017, the date: 18:00 on the street; (d) Dong-si (this clan-si Office); and (e) the second bill: The chair of the disposal of real estate owned by the clan-friendly association; and (d) proposed that real estate be donated to all members who had contributed to the affairs of the clan-friendly association without compensation at the clan-dong meeting; and (e) stated that all the above documents, including the official seal of all the members of the family-friendly association, will be attached to the meeting, and signed at the bottom of the meeting.”
Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting in the name of the Class B family council, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations and certificates of certification.
2. On December 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around December 13, 2017, at the Daegu District Court’s unregistered office located in the Gu-U.S. 5-8-ro 10-ro, the Defendant entered the foregoing investigation document, the public records, and the public records, etc.; (b) at the Daegu District Court’s office located in the Gu-U.S., in the Gu-U.S., the employees in charge of G certified judicial scrivener office who knew the forgery, submitted the forged minutes to the public official in charge of registering
Accordingly, the defendant is a forged special meeting.
