A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) conspired with C to steal money and valuables in a vehicle or vehicle; (b) discovered that the vehicle was parked at the vehicle parking lot located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 164-3, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 164-3, without correcting the door of the vehicle owned by the victim D; (c) and (d) the Defendant was aboard the driver’s seat, and (d) the Defendant was driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle at the time using the said key.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the victim’s vehicle from the end of July 2013 to August 12, 2013, including the theft of the victim’s vehicle.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a vehicle without a driver’s license over about 15 km sections from the date and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, to the Korean apartment in the new Eup, Macheon-si, and then drive the said vehicle without a driver’s license.
3. On August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on August 23, 2013, the Defendant: (b) obtained a cell phone owned by the victim F at the level of KRW 300,000,00,000, in front of the Seocho-si, Shincheon-si; and (c) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the cell phone owned by the victim to the victim; and (d) did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
4. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On September 21, 2013, the Defendant walked along with the victim G (14 years of age, female) and his/her male pacence C, which is a juvenile, on the roads near the Cheongcheon-gu, Si/Gu-Eup, Macheon-gu, Si/Gu-si, Macheon-si, and checked with C, and confirmed that C applied for the static face while talking with C, he/she was able to have the victim forcedly commit an indecent act, and frighted with the victim’s boom, she was frightd with his/her boom, and she was frighted with the victim’s boom.
