However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with the trade name “E” in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeonggi-do.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith, or shall not store or display them for the purpose of sale under the disguised country of origin.

1. Nevertheless, from January 9, 2014 to August 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) prepared a “swinb” in the restaurant operated by the above Defendant to put the country of origin into “domestic acid; and (b) sold a total of KRW 1,639 kilograms at the market price of KRW 60,585,00 (one minute 11,000, total of KRW 5,466%) at KRW 60,585,000 (one minute 11,000, total of KRW 5,000; 5,066) at the market price; (c) processed the Netherlands 30,692km as “domestic acid”; and (d) sold 1,69,125,000 won (one minute 10,100,100-1,000 won-10,000 won-10,000 won-20,000 won-1,063.

2. On August 14, 2014, the Defendant kept 1.2kg of swine powder, 15.7kg of the Netherlands, 34kg of the U.S. Cympis, and 1.5kg of Chile U.S. Cympis 1.5kg of the Defendant’s operation, in order to sell and sell the country of origin in a false manner.
