The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in holding that the defendant is not liable to delay the performance of the period from the day after the expiration date of the occupancy period of the apartment house of this case to the day before the transfer public notice of this case as to the liquidation money and the obligation to pay the financial expenses refund to the plaintiffs who are members of the association. There is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on interpretation of the main sentence of Article 57 (1) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, the relationship between the transfer public notice

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
