1. Forgery of private documents;
A. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant entered “C” and “D” in the name of the customer information column for application for membership in the new service contract, and signed “C” in the applicant customer column, with the aim of exercising to join the mobile phone in the name of “C” at the mobile phone sales agency of B mobile phone sales agency, where the location of which is below Busan and below Busan, is unknown, for the purpose of exercising to join the mobile phone in the name of “C”.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of a new service contract in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.
B. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant entered “C” and “D” in the name of “C” and “C” in the resident registration number column for the purpose of exercising the right to mobile phone purchase under the name of “C” at a mobile phone sales agent of E mobile phone that does not know the place of Busan and lower than Busan, for the purpose of exercising the right to mobile phone purchase in the name of “C”, and signed “C” in the application customer column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of a new service contract in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.
2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
A. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) delivered the forged new service contract to a mobile phone sales agency employee who is unable to know the name of forgery at the same time and time as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) and exercised it as if the document was duly formed.
B. Around August 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) delivered the forged service new contract to an employee of the mobile phone sales agency, who is unable to know the name of forgery at the same time and time as indicated in paragraph (b) above, as if it were the document duly formed.
3. Fraud;
A. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant, as to the use of credit cards, issued credit cards to the victim C within Ulsan-gu F Ingsan-gu, Seoul-do.
