A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Seized evidence Nos. 3 and 8 shall be confiscated from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
On June 2, 2020, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months of imprisonment with labor for special larceny on June 2, 2020 by the Incheon District Court and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 3, 2021.

1. From around 02:3 on July 22, 2020 to 02:42 on the same day, the Defendant attempted special larceny and special larceny: (a) from the “D’s operation of the victim C in Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant failed to commit an attempted crime because he/she was unable to find a stolen object by exposing the shape of the plastic pipe, using a knife with a knife, into the knife of the said plastic pipe, by exposing the plastic pipe’s inner part of the plastic pipe, using the knife, but did not find a stolen object.

In addition, from that time until October 19, 2020, the Defendant, as indicated in the List of Crimes Nos. 1, 2, 5 through 15, 18, 20 through 22, 24, and 26, had invaded upon another’s structure at night over a total of 19 times, and had attempted to steals property or commit attempted crimes.
The Defendant, “2021 High Order 43, Sept. 23, 2020, opened a back door with no locking device for the first time in front of the operation of the victim I located in Sih on Sep. 23, 2020, and intrudes into that door, with cash of KRW 50,000, KRW 15,000, and KRW 20,000.
