야간건조물침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On March 23, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant opened and intruded into the victim G warehouse located in the F market located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, with several clothes owned by the victim, which were located on the floor of the area located in the G, and were stolen.
B. 2. Larceny;
A. On September 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported the Victim C, being drunk in front of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Park-dong, which was under influence of alcohol, and (b) stolen Samsung Gallon-si 4 smartphones equivalent to KRW 500,00,00, the market value of the victim’s ownership located next to it.

On November 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at a mutual influence house located on the upper road, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant reported the victim D, who was divingd on an outdoor table, to a balthmp.; and (b) took one galth of Samsung 5,000, the market value of which is the victim’s ownership that is located next to the balth of the said galthus.
C. At around 01:00 on March 11, 2015, the Defendant opened a door, which was parked in the Afforestation parking lot located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to which the victim H was not able to report and correct the car at that place, and the victim’s market price located or located in that place is equivalent to KRW 370,000,000.
