The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court that maintained the reasoning, the lower court did not err in its judgment that found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the public performance in the crime of defamation, public performance in the crime of defamation, and the grounds for excluding illegality under Article 310 of the Criminal

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
