Reasons
1. When preparing a written statement of payment on July 29, 2014, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 10,000,000,000 on August 28, 2014; and KRW 10,000,000 on September 28, 2014; and KRW 14,00,000,000 on October 28, 2014, while the Defendant promised to pay the Plaintiff KRW 34,00,000,000 on October 28, 2014, the Defendant failed to pay the said amount after the lapse of the period.
