However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 14, 2014, at around 0.16:41, the Defendant driven B Poter truck at a section of about 500 meters from the road near the Yeongsung-gun, the Yansung-gun, and from the road near the Yansung-gun, the Yan-gun, which is located in the Yansung-gun, without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.108%.
