1. The Defendants: (a) on February 1, 2016, Suwon District Court’s registration office with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
With respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet, the Plaintiff sought consent to the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration from the Defendants, who are the mortgagee of the right to collateral security or provisional disposition, due to the cancellation of the agreement on gift as of January 11, 2017 between B and B, the former owner. There is no dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant Industrial Bank, and the Plaintiff, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, and the Small and Medium Business Corporation are deemed to have been led by the Defendants pursuant to Article 150
Therefore, the Defendants, as a third party interested in the registration, have a duty to express their respective acceptances with respect to the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on February 1, 2016 as the receipt of No. 14711 with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, and thus, are so decided as per Disposition
