1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) In light of the above legal principles, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles on the presumption of confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, and by exceeding the legal principles on the presumption of confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act (see Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
