1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 93,255,312 as well as KRW 20,769,246 among them, from April 10, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended by Act No. 850, Nov. 10, 2015).
