Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On January 6, 2015, at around 11:10, the Defendant driven B cruise car without a motor vehicle driver’s license in the section of approximately 30km in front of the Seowon middle school located in the way of Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, through a Cheongju-si station located in the party in the Gu of the application of the Cheongju-si.
Summary of Evidence
1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;
1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;
1. Article 152 of the relevant Act and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act concerning the facts constituting a crime;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for the reasons under Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act or above.
