2. We accept the prosecutor's argument that the defendant's punishment for committing a crime against the police officer is heavy. However, it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable in light of the defendant's age, character and behavior, family environment, etc., and all circumstances such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, and family environment are considered.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
