The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On November 3, 2018, at around 18:10, the Defendant spited the shoulder part of the victim D (the age of 26) one time in his/her hand, spiting the face, spiting it, and spits the face of the victim E (the age of 28) on the ground that he/she urged the payment of sirens from the 19D parking lot of C underground second floor in Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, a flooded on the face of the victim E (the age of 28).
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victims expressed their intention that they do not want the punishment of the defendant (each written agreement submitted on May 21, 2019)
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
