However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 11, 2018, the Defendant, at his/her office located in Silung-si B, filed a false statement with the victim, stating that the victim D would purchase an prefabricated PC on the Internet Ek page, and called “on the part of the victim, PC-01 Doynamic Bk assembly PC at home” with the victim’s phone. When transferring KRW 880,000 won, the Defendant sold the said prefabricated PC.

However, the defendant did not have the above assembly PC at the time, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the above assembly PC.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was transferred KRW 880,00 from the victim as the sales proceeds of the above assembly PC around June 11, 2018.

2. On September 5, 2018, the Defendant, at the foregoing office, posted a letter stating that the victim F would purchase CPU-8700 K on the Internet Ek page, and made a false statement to the victim that “in Korea, the victim would sell the above CPU upon transfer of KRW 370,000 to the victim.”

However, the defendant thought that he would receive money from the victim to use it as living expenses, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the above CPU.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was transferred KRW 370,00 from the victim as the sales proceeds of the above CPU around September 5, 2018.

3. On October 7, 2018, the Defendant posted an article stating that he/she sold a assembled PC on the Internet E site at the Dong-gu G apartment in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the Internet E site. On the part of the victim I, the Defendant reported the above article and falsely told the victim I who contacted with the Defendant that “I would create and send a assembled PC that he/she wants from the Seoul Yongsan-si to transfer KRW 1100,000,000 to the remittance of KRW 11 million.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not want to sell assembly PC in Seoul Yongsan, and the defendant thought that he would receive money from the victim to use it as living expenses.
