[Criminal Power] On January 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on January 18, 2018.

1. On September 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found one cell phone phone with one copy of the post office check lost by the victim D, in the front outdoor table of C located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, on September 26, 2019; and (b) on September 26, 2019.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, and embezzled the goods that he/she had on his/her own mind and left the possession of the victim.

2. On September 26, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, purchased goods equivalent to KRW 4,500 from the F convenience store operated by the victim under the name in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, about September 26, 2019. In fact, the Defendant had the victim pay the price of the goods using the above e-mail card even though there was no legitimate authority to use the D post office e-mail card that was acquired through the circumstances as described in paragraph (1).

In addition, from that time until September 28, 2019, the Defendant received the total amount of KRW 1,786,910 from 27 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, or acquired economic benefits, and used the lost check card.

[200 Godan1689] Around April 16, 20205, the Defendant moved to K Hospital for the purpose of care of the Defendant’s shoulder while being investigated into the H police station investigation and the I Team staffJ at the H police station located in Gwangju as a separate fraud. The Defendant moved to K Hospital for the purpose of care of the Defendant’s shoulder, due to the Defendant’s heat symptoms revealed in the above hospital, and was transferred to the G University Hospital’s selective medical clinic at the Jeonnam University Hospital.

At around 17:30 on the same day, the defendant was released from detention at the pre-nam University Hospital Screening and Treatment Center in Gwangju-ro 42, Dong-gu, Gwangju-gu.
