Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates C Treatment 25.5 tons dump trucks, and Defendant B is a person who operates D Treatment 25.5 tons dump trucks.
No person shall manufacture, import, store, transport, store or sell fake petroleum products.
In order to inject fuel of dump truck, E and F, which are articles of dump truck, the Defendants installed dump truck 1, 6, and 2 of the dump dump 2 in the vicinity of the G, including dump dump 1, main oil pumps, oil pumps, and oil dump 2, such as dump dump sump sump sump, and conspired to manufacture fake petroleum products by mixing them with the dump sump sump sump sump sump.
1. Defendants and E, along with E, manufactured fake petroleum products by mixing dump trucks operated by the Defendants with a dump trucks with a sump truck, including 29,49,260% of the 29,49,260 won supplied by H from around August 31, 2016 to February 19, 2017.
2. The Defendants, along with E and F, manufactured fake petroleum products by mixing 12,001,220 won, supplied from around April 2, 2017 to May 20, 2017 by the Defendants with dump trucks operated by the Defendants, mixed with 12,01,220 won, and sumpyp trucks, which were supplied by the said G from around April 2, 2017 to around May 20.
