On July 27, 2011, the network K (hereinafter referred to as “the network”) was selected from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation as a person to be supplied with the land for taking measures for the construction of a multifunctional administrative city and acquired the right to sell the land for taking measures. The Plaintiff was fully transferred the right to sell the land for taking measures.

Since the deceased died, the Plaintiff seeks to confirm that the rights of the right to sell the cost of living granted by the deceased against the Defendants, the inheritor of the deceased, were transferred to the Plaintiff.
